New	Employee - Hide employees from the employee list by marking the inactive box. (Example - hide past employees from view but still keep all historical information
New	Inventory - Hide inventory from the inventory list by marking the inactive box. (Example - non-stock, slow moving, obsolete parts, etc.)
New	Equipment - Attach sub-components to equipment and list the parts within that component. (Example - gearbox is the component and sub-components are the bearings, seals, gears, within the gearbox.)
New	Component information - Add serial number, model, capacity, vendor, voltage, gear ratio, horsepower, phase, pressure, RPM, size, frame and additional notes to components.
New	Purchasing - Add non-stock parts, contractor labor, office supplies, or miscellaneous items to your purchase order without adding to inventory.

Show all employees in the list by clicking the Show All box.

CMMS Software Employee Assign To Form

Clicking the Employee is Inactive box will remove the employee from the list view.

CMMS Software Inventory List

Show all inventory by clicking the Show All box.

CMMS Software Inventory Form

Clicking the Inactive box will remove the part from the list view.

CMMS Software Component Entry Form

Add serial number, model, capacity, vendor, voltage, gear ratio, horsepower, phase, pressure, RPM, size, frame and additional notes to sub-components.

CMMS Software Component Entry Form Parts Tab

Attach sub-components to equipment and list the parts within that component.
