We are often asked what is the difference between the COGZ and COGZ EZ CMMS Software? Simply stated, COGZ EZ CMMS Software is our “get the job done system” and foundation of the COGZ product line. COGZ EZ CMMS Software is a very powerful Maintenance Management Software System that includes Equipment, Work Order, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, and Purchasing Modules.

The comparison list available at the link below provides a breakdown of the features in both the COGZ and COGZ EZ programs. Use the comparison to determine what would work best for your particular maintenance operation. If the COGZ EZ section displays “. . . Enhancement Module” that feature is not included in the COGZ EZ program, but can easily be added with the addition of that Enhancement Module. COGZ includes COGZ EZ with all of the six available enhancement modules and is recommended when all of the available features are necessary for your application.
