Physical Inventory Printing Troubleshooting

Problem: When trying to print physical inventory count sheets in COGZ Preventative Maintenance Software and a message appears that no other user can be in physical inventory there are a few options to resolve the issue.

Resolutions:

• Make sure no one is in the program.
• If there is no one in the program and the message still appears, try deleting the PHY_INV.TPS file from the program folder.
• If the file cannot be deleted, someone is in physical inventory and they need to be denied access to the program to run the count sheets.
• The only other thing is the server must have the file held up. This needs to be fixed. Try closing COGZ Preventative Maintenance Software with the Task Manager to see if it resolves the problem.
