Unable to get system file record.

Problem: Multiple .tps/data files get created on the desktop when program opens (show as COGZ Computerized Maintenance Management Icons).

Resolution: There is a problem with the COGZ Computerized Maintenance Management shortcut. You need to make sure the ‘target’ is pointing to the location where the program is installed. Make sure the ‘start in’ field of the shortcut properties is also pointing to the program location.  Also, you can simply delete the shortcut and recreate it by opening server folder and right clicking the executable file to ‘send’ to desktop.  See Network Server Installation for details. The newly created desktop files can also be deleted.
